Shipping policy

We only ship orders within the 48 Contiguous States. For customers outside the 48 Contiguous States please call us at your earliest convenience. After your purchase please allow a handling time of 2-3 business days. All sewing machines are shipped off fully assembled from our showroom or from the warehouse. Your sewing machine will arrive in ready-to-sew condition with no extra assembly on your part. Each machine is set up, adjusted and tested before it leaves our dock. Complete machines will be shipped on a pallet using a Common Freight Carrier, such as R + L Carriers, Central Freight Lines, AAA Cooper, etc. For deliveries to a residential address, the freight carrier will make a curbside delivery. For customers in the Dallas Fort Worth area, a local delivery can be arranged through Sunny Sewing Machine, Inc.
