This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Sunny Sewing Machines, Inc. This privacy notice applies to information collected by this website. Information obtained by us, such as: credit card data, home or business addresses, will only be used for the sole purpose of completing your transaction. Sunny Sewing Machine, Inc. will not share any of the information we collect from you. We take every precautionary step possible to keep your information private. When we collect important information, such as: your name, credit card data or your address, we make sure that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. We also keep your information safe offline as we ensure only specific employees have access to see such information.

 

Shipping

 

For customers outside the 48 Contiguous States please contact us before placing your order as the shipping cost could be more than the cost shown on the website. Also, sewing machines shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will ship knocked down. After placing your order please allow a handling time of 2-3 business days. Sewing machines shipped within the 48 Contiguous States will ship fully assembled from our showroom or from the warehouse. Your sewing machine will arrive in ready-to-sew condition with no extra assembly on your part. Each machine is set up, adjusted and tested before it leaves our dock. Complete machines will be shipped on a pallet using a Common Freight Carrier, such as R + L Carriers, Central Freight Lines, AAA Cooper, etc. For deliveries to a residential address, the freight carrier will make a curbside delivery. For customers in the Dallas Fort Worth area, a local delivery can be arranged through Sunny Sewing Machine, Inc. Warranty

 

Each new machine we sell is covered by a 1 YEAR WARRANTY. The warranty covers labor to repair factory defects. Warranty does not cover any damages resulting from mishandling of the machines, improper operation or operation outside the capability of the machine, improper maintenance or improper voltage feed. All warranty services will be performed in our Dallas, TX office. Shipping charges for any warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. Returns

 

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item or another aspect of your purchase - please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we may resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase from Sunny Sewing and we will do everything in our power to ensure that satisfaction. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery with prior notification and return authorization. Contact us at your earliest convenience so that we may issue a Return Ticket and resolve any related issues efficiently. All returns must be sent pre-paid in original packaging and orginal condition. Freight charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for paying any shipping fees.
